- Official training to recruits or members in excess of 6 hrs per month for no fewer than 2 consecutive months
- having a primary role in the promotion of 3 Troopers to the rank of LCpl
History:
The George Medal, like the George Cross, was instituted in 1940 and can be awarded both to civilians and to military personnel for acts of bravery not in the face of the enemy.
