Arma 3: all settings are reset

Yesterday, I wanted to do some changes to my loadouts. When started Arma all settings were reset. I think it was Sunday evening I played with Sniper and Master, with no problems at all. I shutdown my game, and next time I started it, all my settings where gone: loadouts, changed keybinds, screen resolution etc.

Any clues how to retrieve my old settings? In my Documents folder I have my Arma 3 profiles, but it doesn't seem like the files has changed since this reset stuff happenend.
