what would you like to see in a possible SWAT 5?

most of the posts on this thread were just PCWing with no real content.

Essentially this whole thread is summed up with:
a functioning planning screen that gives you multiple pages so you can have a picture of each floor of each building on the map
weapon bench to build your own weapons...the game gives you the frame and you choose the sights, optics, attachments, and ammo types
window charges
door ram or halligan
weapon, ammo, tacaid sharing and redistribution
ability to see what everyone is loading out with for equipment in the planning screen before the mission launches
rappeling into structure via exterior windows
vaulting short obstacles
more spawn / entry selections for SWAT including the ability to split your team across multiple entries using the same leader
ability to assign positions to each player like in SWAT 3 so you can get exactly the viewport you want to watch instead of having to scroll through everyone's camera to get the proper one
tons more spawn points for AI
accurate damage=headshot kill or at least incapacitate
suppressor, light, laser options for all weapons
more weapons to choose from that make sense
push suspects and civs to the ground for arrest if desired
each door should open in one direction in or out...not both!
ability to issue orders through the viewports in multiplayer
better in game command options and the ability to add sound files to keybinds
uniforms or custom skins to server side not player side
shotgun reticles should expand and contract, but the buckshot should not have a variable spread pattern based on character movement--effect the aim and not the spread pattern people!!
things like pepperspray can fit in webgear in their own pouch and should be there all the time like the radio or flexcuffs or multi-tool--carrying pepperspray should not prevent you from carrying flashbangs!

Agree with Random, however I have my own ideas:

1. 3 teams available ( so bigger maps and 3 entries ) and featuring sniper spots.
2. Suspects playing even more realistic
example: weapon droped, and he is on his knees, when noone is watching, immediately picks up weapon and starting to shoot or runs away. Another situation if suspect saws or hears swat team, than he runs and informs every suspect near. ( like in real life ). Another thing, more realistic movement. If suspect hears swat, he may go crouching and preparing for contact.
3. Damage fix. This is one of the most important things that should be fixed.
example: you shoot suspect in arms or legs, than there should be 90 % that he will get incapacited, shoot in head at least 1 bullet ( doesnt matter jhp or fmj ) he is dead. suspects who are wearing body armor, you have at least 70 % to incapacite him by shooting in his armor.
About weapons, some weapons are weaker than they should be, M4A1 carbine is too weak. ( normally you need 1-3 bullets to take someone out) I could keep writing this all day but I think that most of you will agree with me that weapon damage is not correct.
4. weapon recoil fix. I'm not expert but I know that some weapons have wrong recoil, those could be shotguns and machine guns.
5. New weapons and tacaids available, like 3d house plan and goggles with who you can see persons through walls like warm objects.
6. Sniper spots
those could be interesting feature, because 1 or 2 men can cover and observe the house territory and use snipers if needed.

I like the 3D idea, but even just a diagram of each level would be great so you can accurately plan tactical aid loadout to each specific mission without having to memorize maps. 3D is better idea though.

In theory I like the 3 team idea but then you would need 12-15 players in the server to do it right. In my idea, you have more spawn points to choose from so you can split your team at the start for entry then join up at a predetermined point to continue the mission as a full element.

The other stuff is good too, but covered above for the most part.

If SWAT 5 will be released, i would like to have:

-Realistic aiming (like in COD), not just image zooming
-Customizable weapon gagdets like handgrip, silencer, red-dot scope, acog scope, larger magazine etc.
-Unreal Engine 3 or idTech 4 incl. 16:9 and 16:10 support
-Realistic skins already made by the developer
-How about some background informations about tactics like in SWAT 3?
-Dedicated servers with good old Punkbuster
-Online activation only once via DVD Key, no DRM, Steam, origin or other crap
-Perhaps more weapons, BUT ALL WITH LICENSING PLEASE
-PC only, no console port, just PC

All other good things from SWAT 3 and 4 i haven't mentioned should be in SWAT 5 too of course. Blum 3
