I think it could be a good idea to allow view and spec mode to everybody on Training Ground 2 (Swat 4:TSS) Because sometimes when you're afk during a round or if you just died and wanna watch what others do it can be helpful

But the Proving Grounds, will have no spec mode. As usual.
