Too many stickies and announcements

Well the title says it all. I'm sure many of these stickies/announcements can be condensed into one sticky/annnouncement, or could be deleted. For example the tryout SOP for SWAT4 belongs not in the forum, but in the Documents section of the site. Sabre loadouts can all go into one sticky. Does the Projects sticky get used often enough to warrant it to be a sticky? Etc Etc. If you are the author of a sticky/stickies or announcement(s), see if you can condense it/them or remove it/them.
