The good news is that all four of the failed London bombers of July 21, in which all four bombs failed to explode, have been arrested, three of them today.
Of course Armed Police (UK police are not armed except for special units) were out in force in case there was any resistance. Only, this time they didn't look much like police to me. See what you think.
