I have found this program, there might be useful.
The program allows you too see who is talking.
Unfortunately, you can't see who is joining your channel.

And you can choose where the Clock and Speak List shall be on the screen, and add or remove FPS Counter.

It works with SWAT 4: TSS, but I don't know with Raven Shield.

I know Wiz has had me testing a TSO beta various times during 2007/2008; but can't tell from your screenshots on this monitor of mine

I know why I couldnt see ppl leave and join.. I had it deactivated.

Does Everyone in the Server see this overlay?
It is client side only program, so you will only see it on your side. The basic concept is more or less the same thing as XFire, but dealing with the issue of spying on a running TeamSpeak client; rather then PC games.
You start up the TSO & enable it, then launch the game, and hope it works without any segfaults.....
hmm, so much for voice recognition...hehe
I think we r good with ts. For my part I recognize the voice of almost everyone if not I just alt tab and watch.

Same here, plus i have ts on one screen and the game on the other.
I agree with Nick, same here. I tried TSO some month ago and it interfered very much with RVS - no possibility to play
