Swat 4 server is crashing

This is getting very serious. Yesterday was the same problem, Swat 4 server is crashing after each round. Can't play normally.

I joined today and noticed the same thing. Also the server is showing up in the server listing 2, 3 and sometimes 4 times with same information.

I stopped the server and then started it again to see if it corrects the problem.

Through webadmin, the players tell me it is not crashing any more since I did that.

I guess all is well unless I hear otherwise.
