It's easy really : so spelling bees can be good at something jk. Nah the real reason is because this spelling trick onlys works because our brain is familiar with words and the context is quite clear and unambiguous. The same reason shawty's famous sentence works too, our brain is so familair with grammatical structure that we quickly learn that the most efficient way to extract useful content from a paragraph is to ignore grammar, tense and spelling of the words in the passage we read. Sometimes though this can backfire spectaularly as exampls like shawty's famous sentence show. Optical illusions work under a simple principle too, like it or not, our brain "constructs" the world around us from guessing alot and it gets stuff wrong a lot.

Note : I spelt parses correctly purely because it's not a frequently used word so your brain is more inclined to have difficulty parsing mispelt forms of it e.g prsasing. of course now you have no trouble understanding it.

I stopped counting when it passed HAHA! I was like damn I'm all mixed up.

Welp, First I had to go back about 4 times to finally see SIX F'S,LOL, I am blind in one eye and cant count with the other.

I counted 14 passes on the first try but I Never seen that monkey walk by,LOL
