I just realised this year is the 10th anniversary of the release of RVS.
Other fun numbers:
Swat 3: 15 years in 2014
Swat 4: 10 years in 2015
ARMA 2: 10 years in 2019
Maybe we can get a group of us together to fire up hamachi/tunngle, sort out the network issues and play a bit of swat 3 on March 28th next year eh?

Well we are probably the longest running Coop Tactical Realism Clan in the world.

Oddly enough, I didn't play SWAT 3, 2 or 1 ever, I did buy SWAT 4 after it's release back in the day but for all that time until a year ago I didn't play in the MP god knows why...
Weren't it for your little server (PG) I would have never actually liked the S4 MP as I never before gave the MP a serious try.
I did play RVS with expansions back in the day but only with friends on the LAN parties, internet was an expensive asset to have so we had no other choice.
It is strange to think that all these games are nearly decade old (RVS literally) and yet there are people playing them still, try that with BF3 or COD: LOL..
About the Coop Tactical Realism Clan, I thought you guys were a team not a clan
And you are right about that, one does not simply dedicate 10 (11?) years to such coop games, keeps the top spot and doesn't hold a special meaning. You guys are well in the same sack as flashpoint.ru (OFP, A1, A2 veterans for 14 years and taking the leading spot today) Tushino Serious Games (8 years I think) and a MEU unit I can't remember name of (about 9 years)
Good luck with all your endeavours and I hope that not only does your team stay for another several decades but the likes of ETS, AST, SOG and UOE remain around as well

Don't worry about AST
@Master: some rounds of Swat3 sound like an interesting idea to celebrate the anniversary. Just need to get the old game running on my Win7 PC properly. Can anyone bring a cake?
PS: Swat2 was one of the first games I played.
If my maths are correct, [SAS] started on March 28th 2001.. So we've been around for 12 years or so. Quite neat.
