Germans always knew how to make high quality weapons. I love the straight pullback bolt action on your rifle Hunter.

For Hunting I got a Mauser 98 from WWII with a newer custom made wood laminate thumbhole stock , it works nice with nice accuracy, +- 25 mm/100m
And a CZ 527 varmint with syntetic stock. This one has better acuracy than the mauser
I have several scopes, but my favourite is a Nikon monarc 3,5-10x50 illuminated nicinplex reticel.

Hey Ambu have a look on this one, Steyr makes much better standard bolt sniper rifles than Sauer:
