Project Ironman

One of my first jobs as a sergant will be to take the entire SAS team and friends for a trainig trip.

We will follow the same path as todays Ironman run here in Norway.

We wil start of with swimming ofer a fjord with strong tidal current for 3,8kilometers.

Then we will ride a bicycle for 180km's over the Hardangervidda platou.

To finnish it of we will do a short running distance from 200meters above sealevel and up to mount Gausta 1883 mas.

It can be done in 18hrs.

BTW I have crossed the platou and climbed the mountan, sinca that lies in the place I grew up.

Whos in????

Taking an airplane?

Unfortunately I've become fat and lazy. I'll ride your bike for a 200k every day if you want, but swimming and running. urgh.
