Do you mean the profiles on The Mighty page?
I think the emails on those profiles can only be changed through Reports --> Personal Detail Changes. I've tried changing my listed email through the Your Account --> Change Info link before, and I believe it only affects your password recovery email.

Correct West...your site email...you can change...you cant change your email in the mighty...this will be changing.
