My Resignation

This is a decision that has not been easy for me, and I truly regret what I am writing. However I believe its for the best.

I basically just need the time to focus on my studies, put the effort in and hopefully come out the other side with the grades I want/need. Currently I can't do that the way I am going, with me putting in the minimal hours, I know I am not pulling my weight and showing off the clan to be as great as it is.

You guys have been amazing, there are so many points I could state, so many friends, so many laughs. The times will not be forgotten.
I am not vanishing off the earth so I will still be around, just maybe not as often.

I wish you guys all the best in the future, and who knows, maybe in a few years time I may make a return.

Hey Jonsi,
RL comes first, so it is a very mature decision to quit. I know how hard you fought to become a member here and see you did it. You often thought this will not happen. So focus now on your studies as you did before to become a member than all will be fine.

I see you around m8.

The Cpl has a good point there. As I say, SAS will not pay you any money, a job will.

So get educated so you can get a job.

SAS will be here for manye years to come. Of course you can reapply when RL allows it.

You have so fare been a fine SAS member. You will always be my friend, my Janis hehe.

I wish you good luck in RL, and hope for some good games with ya.

Hi Jonsi bad news,

try to be as best educated as you can when you are young, makes it lot easier if you get older and definetly better paid then.

RL always comes first.

Real life has always got to come first, but don't worry, [SAS] will still be here when your life settles down ;-). Grades are more important then clearence drills anyday.

Hope to see ya in the stack in the future, and you know where to find me on the net m8, don't be a stranger.

Jonsi, I have read everyones comments and I am torn, We worked so hard to help you get into the Mighty, but alas..I also understand the flip side to Real-Life.
Grades and Studies lead to much bigger and better things in YOUR Future...

I know this was a tough decision, and one you really didnt want to make, Best of luck Jonsi.

I may me 120 years old when you get back, but will be here none the less..

Wise choice Jonsi... hard... actually quite painful.... but wise.

You leave us with a clean record and are welcome to return to your brethren when your RL schedule permits it.

Get the education... which will get you the job.. which will get you the $$$.... to live life the way you want to, not have to.

As the members have indicated... we been here over a decade... I am sure we will still be here for many tomorrows.

A chair with your name on it will be reserved at our table.

Good luck.
