how to make a skin for swat 4

thx to spidey i know how to make a custom skin all credit goes to him Smile
thx for all ur help i was a bit noobish so laugh all u want NOW but soon ill have my skin woohoo anyway here we go:

[15:44] [SAS]_WO1_Spidey01: you need to open swat edit, got to view -> show master browser; then when it comes up (you might want to resize the window) go to it's textures tab, file -> new and create a new utx package
