I regret that you made this decision, however, I would like to point out that it not our duty as SAS members to train you. Helping you to get better is a gesture of kindness of our members and is therefore not service that can be demanded. If it occured to you that a member doesn't want to train you that can have various reasons. He could be stressed and just wants to "chill" for a round or too. SAS members are very often willing to train and help you to improve your skills but that is not a duty of thier rank. If people do not want to help you, I'm sorry to say but this is YOUR bad.
SAS respects all people playing on thier server and each SAS members respects and usually value thier fellow comrades, however, you can't demand to be valued by others. You can only be valued by what you do. This leads to the fact that some members who know and trust you value you and your company and others don't. Sound logical no? You yourself wouldn't value the company of a total stranger high would you?
So if you do not want to be associated with a clan that doesn't "value" everyone coming into thier server with a big hug ... that's fine with me ... but maybe you want to re-think your decision and project your thoughts into other people.

Moreover, a clan that values everyone could never be a proper clan.

Miles pointed a few things out: Players come to us, we don't come to players.

But I've observed you in the server when I was giving a training yesterday and at NO point did you ask what was going on and whether you could participate. If there's no player initiative, there will probably be no SAS intiative. We do things on the server that don't always meet the eye, and you "assuming" we tell you to bugger off is a completely wrong, I say prepostrous these.

And one more thing: we do value our members. If recruits are in the server, we will be training recruits. If long-time applicants are in the server, we will train them. Most likely we'll include anyone that's interested even. It's still our right to choose who we train and when we train.
The fact that we even train people to meet our standards is unique in its own right. We could just give players a tryout and then slam then for not taking PoDs and getting the wrong AoRs.

i do not want to be associated with a clan that doesnt value its members.

And the only response I can give to that is that SAS doesn't want to be associated with people who don't want to be associated with SAS because he or she claims we don't value our members and entourage. It's a serious blame you're laying to this fine clan who has a very active and noob-friendly recruitement drive. So either you come with some proof that members are abusing you, TKing you, or excluding you without a valid reason when you ask to participate , or if you want to have a shot at our selection course you never EVER insult the SAS community and it's highest values in this way.
