HELP NEEDED!!!!

Hi i am only new to this site and it says to download something, what do i need to do to start??im really confused i cant find a download section,if any one can help me it would be much appericated.cheers

YEA, I remember coming into the server asking "why the Sants Hat?", as No One had one but I Downloaded it.
Happened only once and never again....Hmmm?
