Hi guyz i have a big problem i have turned on Guest account for my sister but every damm site is blocked now the thing is you cant apply parental controls to Guest accoutn as it it s bulid in windows vista home premium i check norton prental controls and it has not blcked sites for the guest account...now i have posted on vistaforums but not much help except make a new guest account..and i dont wanna do that my sisters dont use compuetr very often and guest account is easy to turn on/off and u dont have to keep changing privliagges.
please help ASAP

Using a guest account is a fools errand, just give her a own account and set permissions IAW the level of access you wish her to have. When the account is no longer in use, lock it and then delete at will.
i would have said the exact same thing Spidey said but if i were you i would keep the account, so that you dont always have to make a new account.
"and turn off guest account" she might use that instead of her own account.
