Lobster termidor is Awful..its like all the meat chopped up and put back in the shell....but the Snails are to Die for...hmmmmmm

On the other hand, Rock Lobster, a Young Sweet flavored meat.... Dirol

My favourite menu is:

As starter a half-dozen of snails - of course with plenty of garlic.

As main dish a big steak of best meat (outside cross, inside a little bloody) roasted in pepper-cognac with a lot of handmade herbed butter and little handmade gems. LolLolLol

After that I am normally no more able for a dessert, but if, then I would choose vanilla ice cream with hot cherries broiled in kirsch.
