The charge was probably home made, therefor a weak charge. I wonder if the charge was so weak that the bullits got stuck in the carthridge...
I remember seeing that when I was a judge in the national championship here back in 96. I banned that contestand from the competition and hell broke loos. The bad thing was that it was my weapon officer in the airforce... and he gave me hell when I returned my Glock, wich I had modifyed slightly LOL
