I nearly cried when I found out they had retired that beautiful girl. Theres nothing in my book that can top the F-14 Tomcat, I knew I'd never get to fly one but it's still sad to see them as good as mothballed

One of the reasons I love the movie Top Gun, is I get to see the F-14's in the air xD

Im sorry to say this but the Cock up made by the F 15 pilots killing yet more British Soldiers and my mates............they are Not worth a tribute..........the USAF kill more friendlies than the Marines for god sake ............pilots need to LISTEN to the COORDENCES of the patrol before dropping the bomb, missile or what not.

Sorry for venting but they need more training lads.

but this is a tribute to the retired United States Navy F-14, flown by some of the best Naval Aviators in the world.

The difference between the USAF Pilots and the USN Aviators are waaayyyy more then that between the F-14 and F-15
