DeCapi gunned down

Hi guys on the 4th of april some guy called "uguziu"
killed two swat members Decapi and "Tiffany" but the most fault goes to
"Sergeant" for going into our AoR and we told him to go to his but no response,

time was GMT+2 about 4:30 PM
