CS:S Video

I'm pretty much a noob for video stuff. I did an attempt in C S : S as per request of EZ. What I did is that I recorded a demo (if your familiarize with C S : S ) which doesn't make me lag but can only be played by the game. Then, I played it and recorded it with xfire, then I uploaded it. The quality is very bad. Anyone can give me some tip on a good software to record in high def. Xfire makes a laggy video when I try to record it in high def.

Here is the link: http://www.xfire.com/video/502827/

Hey Nick, try using FRAPS. That's what I use. It's so much better. You will experience alot better fps and quality. Wink

I did a couple other ones but I do have a problem to record the music. It is very low. I don't know how to fix it. I used FRAPS for recording.

Luckily I don't play CS, no need to have another game for Nick to own me in... Lol

EDIT: As for the audio problem, check the settings and see if the sound capture might be set to Record external input right now, if it is check Record Vista sound and see if that fixes it.

The only options I have with FRAPS is record best sound input and record windows input. Both are very low even if I boost my sound on the PC to max.

Try updating your audio drivers if they need it, as well as fiddle with your audio settings (right click the speakers in taskbar).

Or you can try recording with the latest version of Fraps (3.4.7) and see if that fixes anything, the options are a bit different, let me know if you need it.

Odah, if you want to play, just get me on xfire Wink

I do have FRAPS 3.4.7 and I tried to record boosting my sound to max and it didn't change anything. I do have some settings with my audio driver and I tried a couple of them and still made absolutly no difference in the sound. I'm kinda out of ideas to solve this. At least you can see some nice shooting now with the better quality compared to the first one HAHA!
