CoH have same gameplay like Warhammer 40k... Same engine.
Anyway, it's really interesting RTS, but multiplayer experience move you to hell, because with any new patch Relic's flip gameplay balance on its head. Also, first CoH no more supported by devs. Try 2nd, but my experience has been controversial...
P.S. Same issue with Civilization 5, where last updates totally destroy balance and add many bugs. Few leagues was closed after these updates...
