If the patch you have now will do for the flag, just open the file in a suitable bitmap graphics editor (Picture It, GIMP, Photoshop, Paint Shop Pro, etc) and overlay the SAS insignia ontop of it (You would likely want to remove or transparafy the background from the insignia first).

Other wise just create it as desired in a suitable program, and make sure it gets saved as a new 64x64px image in TARGA/TGA file format with an extension of .tga; I assume arm patches are 24-bit colour.

Then dump the file into your armpatches folder and update settings

Hey Chavez. I could help you if you want.

Are you thinking about having it blended in like this or something... so the leaf isn't completely hidden?

Something like this maybe?

Because of the 1:1 aspect ratio (64x64) there has to be horizontal bars on top and bottom. Or the red vertical bars on the flag can be cropped away.

is it possible that the armpatch be created in a way that i just drop it into the armpatch folder without playing in the user INI file?

Oh, I was going to send them to you in one way or another. The pictures I posted was just for illustration. Imageshack etc doesn't support .tga.
