It is my honor to award the following members the Military Cross for developing Recruits into Troopers--the entry level position in our team. These individuals have recruited, trained and developed individuals who have not only become members, but have stayed with the team. I realize that development of PRs to the rank of Trooper is a long process. It is a process that every member of the team takes seriously. It would be hard for a member to say that he hasn''t learned at least a little from everyone.

There are other members who are very close to receiving this award and will certainly be recognized at a later date.

I appreciate each member''s contribution to the team. As we move forward, it will continue to be my pleasure to recognize each of you with an award.
