I''ve decided to rent another server for us, since our membership seems to have overwhelmed our server capacity. The new server will be called [SAS] Training Ground #2. GCHQ will have full control over it and will determine who receives admin, etc. I''m just providing the money for it. It should be up in 24 hours.
