I signed up to the link above already, but it seems to take forever to get that thing going? So, maybe a temporary RVSGaming forum will help the avid Ravenshield gamers to have a place to come to for congregating.

I agree with Wiz, the files may be uploaded at and time, but I would determine the user name before doing the db upload.

I set up the account, and sent the login details to Autoload, as he was the one with the RVSGaming website backup.

I assumed he was going to upload the backup and we would carry on business as usual. As it would appear this is not the case.

Where do we go from here? Would you like to attempt contacting him Wiz? Should we simply start over fresh and try to come up with an entirely new site and content?

I'm game for any set of circumstances, so just let me know what your opinions are.

If we are looking for a Vegas look then yes. But for the hardcore RVSers then this would a no no.

I guess the idea was to modernise the look which i kinda agree with. But there are other ways of making it look great.

It's just a template Poompoom. i won't start doing any work, graphic or otherwise, until we find a basic template to start off with. At least something we can start modifying from.

It's not bad Tim, but imho it needs a bit of work to make it all blend in.

Gotti is unreachable, Autoload doesn't really have the time to work on the project.
However, I spoke to Autoload just the other day, and he has emailed Gotti, to ask if he has any objections to turning the full site backup he has; over to TimBitz.
Failing that, we should look at rebuilding a community.

Poom. A bit off-topic, but what's with the link in your signature? Is that stuff based on Old Testament or not? Because if not, you are spreading propaganda that many such blogs/sites purposely do (and they are ran from Middle East countries) or are hosted in US but from Mid East channels. Often content is made to look like it's from bible but is heavily altered. So careful with that.
