If I understand your problem correctly, the IP for Teamspeak doesn't appear on the passwords site since you can join the server by clicking on the "SAS 22nd EVR" directory in the [SAS] Comms section to the right of the screen (You've got to have TS properly installed for it to open "ts3server" links). After clicking there, it'll prompt you for your pwd.
I guess that's all there is to it, happy TeamSpeaking.
Please do not discuss passwords on a public access forum. Any problems with our TS or Servers are to be PM'd to any member. The problem with be dealt with swiftly.
