Server lags building up SAS PG2

Last weeks server lags built up extremely (SAS Proving Grounds for RVS). It has nothing to do with the pings and it is received by also other players.
So I thought I just report in, maybe server needs restart, cache full or something.

You can use SIR (Server Incident Report) to relay information. I will look into it.

SIR would not open for me. At any rate, PG2 and PG4 and down and cannot be restarted from the control panel. Primary Target will have to resolve.

Historically, we have found with Primary Target servers, that before a major crash, they tend to have huge lag spikes

I sent a ticket to PT. Their server in London crashed not so long ago and I guess it is the same thing again. I will keep you updated.

I received an answer from the server provider today: my guess was right and the London server which host our public servers crashed again. I am working on a temporary solution at this moment and maybe some rebates for the inconveniences.

Maybe? Its been down for days, tell them you will have a rebate or you are moving your business elsewhere m8. Also I would stress to them, how unhappy you are that you rarely get a full month out of the full month that you pay for.

After being down for two days, they should have given you a temporary server to use until the old one is repaired or replaced permanently with something else. Five days of no servers is absolutely ridiculous and must not be allowed to continue. It's their job to keep you as a customer. It's not your job to continue to eat shite sandwiches.

Agreed im afraid Nick. Whilst you let them ignore you, they will. If you threaten to terminate, they will offer you deals.

Ask Random for advice, he has been dealing directly with PT accounts for a few years now and he knows what buttons to press and who to talk to at PT Wink

We got 2 new temporary servers. I just finished setting them up. I did test RVS but not S4, so if there is a problem, please contact an admin.

RVS: SAS Proving Ground 2 46.105.151.203:7777

SWAT4: SAS Poving Ground 4 188.165.238.64:10500
