We also tried to move tangos into cage that can be seen on background but somebody found last evidence (weapon) and ended our round and therefore our attempt failed

out of interest: does RvS also change the positions of enemies for every game like Swat does?

I think RvS spawns tangos as you move around the map. It can seem random sometimes but if the spawn spot is empty then they'll just spawn in another spawn spot.
