Today and yesterday, 2 guys on Proving Ground 4 kept kicking me while I was trying to connect on server, When I could, I tried to explain them the server rules, but they kicked me again, and kept doing that everytime I connected.
Their names are : Johnny and Mcgyver.

Both got also banned on AST server for the same reason: vote-kicking players wihout a reason. Seems this guys use public server for private gameplay.
@SAS admins: I got an IP from this guys, if you want it let me know
It's a common practice--a pair votekicking to keep a server to themselves. That's why it's listed as a rules violation as well as map voting to end someone's round early. Take notice, pubbers, try these things and you will be banned.

I got the IPs from the server ban list and added them to the timed ban list for 1 year
