Most recently, I discovered SWAT4 for myself.
I'm really enjoyed it. Previously, I didn't have experience in tactical shooters. I have prefer "kill 'em all" series - good for reduce the stress.
A few days ago, started playing online. I am very impressed with your server. It is friendly, all guys helped me.
I'm glad that your servers are. But I can gaming mostly on weekend - work takes all time - already overgrown man)))

Until you get a firmer grasp on English, you may want to study a few key tactical phrases like:
Element positions
pointman leads the way and covers forward or direction of greatest threat
coverman covers forward flanks or forward when pointman is slicing the pie
Element Leader covers flanks front and rear as needed
back-up covers rear flanks
rear guard covers behind the team
Some common commands for new players
crouch
get in formation
2nd man throws flashbang
slice the pie
strafe
scan
stand for bang and clear
run in for bang and clear
use breaching shotgun if door is locked for bang and clear
Those are the most confused points for new players so they are the first things I'd learn in another language. Everything else we can command via the game commands.
Most servers don't let you stay if you can't speak english. We only have you leave if your lack of english causes disruption to the game to the point that we can't assign you a position you can perform.

Yes. It is right. But that player (s) was affected and break rules of server.
The rules in the server state that you are not to vote kick new players (defined as players who are trying to load or have not yet played a round) or to end a round (kicking the last living player to end the round early)
You broke this rule.
So even if the person was breaking a rule, you are not an SAS member and should not break any rules yourself.
Write WIZ a private message explaining how you will neither create a vote like this nor participate in such votes that are created by other players. Maybe you can be reinstated. Maybe.

Google "SWAT 4 Mac" - I see results about the ported version.

Yea, I got it, but it original SWAT4 and I don't found TSS.
My PC died like hero )))) But I hope to Crismas I'll get other new. And I waiting for new waterpump for my watercooling system.
You could always try running Windows on your Mac with Boot Camp or VMWare Fusion. Other than that yeah it looks like there is no TSS Port for the Mac.
