Lol I was probably in preschool when this all came out..

you can still play them west, but it probably wont be the same cause back then all these games were new and todays games make them look like steam engines from the 1800s Lol

I take you with me a long way in time... Blum 3

...back to the Commodore 64 age - about 25 years ago - OMG...

Below my 3 favourites:

Airborne Ranger --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=rlgF4lSatPM
(action starts at 1:37 - warning: some mild language!)

Gunship --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_eThVlWL_Gw
(the game was without movie-soundtrack)

Sid Meier's Pirates --> http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=6noNoowki-U
(action starts at 3:27)

These games were top of the art in this time.

My post in an old topic from 2008 about the best 100 games ever:

I did not watch the entire list, but from memory I think of these outstanding games:

Defender of the Crown
Kaiser
Duke Nukem - Hail to the King, baby! Dirol
Doom 1
Sid Meiers Pirates
Test Drive
Deus Ex
Diablo 1 + 2
Max Payne 2
Half Life - series
Need for Speed - series
GTA - series
Mafia
F.E.A.R.
Far Cry
Vampire - The Masquerade Bloodlines

Do I have to mention SWAT 3 + 4 + TSS? Dirol

@ DUKE - Loved Mafia, maybe the greatest storyline and voice acting I've ever seen in a video game.

@ Walker - Lol first thing I noticed was that "From Russia With Fun", I don't recall seeing that on the box as a kid.

@West, of course you wouldn't see it any marketing dept. in the US. that a product go on sale with that phrase would likely find itself jobless. Biggrin
(Might have something to do with the fierce rivalry between the U.S.S.R and U.S.A. :D)

Well, the game was still being made after 1991, and I wasn't born until 1995. I can't really remember, maybe it was there, just too far back.

And it seems all the pictures of the cover online has those words there, so it was probably just me being too young to notice.
