SWAT: Loadouts (must read)

When on the server, SAS-members give detailed loadouts for a reason:

We want a perfect working element which can handle any situation, survive and bring the conflict to a successful end.

The given loadout from the element leader helps to achieve this goal Exclaim

It's not acceptable and endangers the team (hence the team-success) if you even can't bring the ordered loadout. It's really simple, but you must read the instructions given by professional longterm team-leaders. And this point is, was and will never be for debate. Twisted

We, the [SAS] 22nd Elite Virtual Regiment, offer you an experience of tactical team oriented gameplay you'll find nowhere else. That's why we have so many regular players on the server.

WE bring in a lot of time and professionalism to establish and continue this unique gameplay experience on our servers in order to make it a win-win-situation for all - YOU take the ordered loadout or spectate. Yes, it's really that simple. Dirol

For sure! It seems the past 2 weeks we have been overwhelmed by players who don't want to listen to orders, do not want to bring desired kit, do not want to wait for the other team to complete their plan.

Find another server and leave us alone. I'm getting tired of forceview, forcenoweapons, kick, kickban taking so much of my time. It's a distraction during the mission to have to monitor and enforce 6-8 Rambos at a time.

Read the rules and the rules of engagement.

We are a lethal weapon server, but that doesn't mean that every tango goes down. We have very liberal RoE and if you can't operate within those guidelines, then you are just a murderer. 8O

Thanks, guys! This topic is meant to help and make clear to new guests on our servers, WHY it is important to take the demanded loadout.

The loadout might differ from EL to EL, but have all the same endresult --> it works pretty well. Dirol
