Hey guys, i'm JoKeLLeR, i'm 23 yo and i'm from Palermo, Italy.
I'm a member of the SOG Clan and i'm total addicted to SWAT4, i'm a serious tactical player, who always try to deal with every mission in the most realistic way possible, in other words i'm not a score oriented player.
Well, some days ago i saw this video (i read in the description that SAS members were playing) and i really like it, it's a very professional way to "play" and i think it has to be very fun too, this video caught my interest just because it is the way to play this game and it is pretty similar to my gamestyle.
I'm a member of the SOG Pro Coop Squad and of the Breeding Place too, and when we play together we apply ingame the Lead & Breed SWAT4 Tactics, this means that you will never see me with any kind of LL weapon, using gas or stinger, wearing a gas mask or a heavy armor 
We play for realism, so a mission can be well played and succesfully finished even if the "weird scoreboard" gives us for example -20 points for 2 unauthorized kills...if these 2 guys are dead it means that they have been a huge problem for the team integrity and so they dropped down.
Ok, i think that for now it can be enough, maybe i'll add other things later avoiding to be annoying with a too long first post

About 2 days ago, I was on the Breeding-server, where I was told "No teamleader or formation here" --> and it was kind of chaotic.
Btw - stingers are really useful in small rooms (for example: toilets)

Hi Duke, well on that server there is no leadership, it's a gameplay based on teamwork and maybe it seems "chaotic" at the beginning but believe me, it isn't at all...everyone has his own sector of responsability, every room clearing if well done results smooth and effective, it's all about trust in other teammates and communication.
About the fact of the recruiting: i know this, even in my clan we don't accept any kind of things like that, i did this introduction here just to say hello to all and present myself before joining your servers, noone will see sponsoring my clan here.
Btw i had my first rounds with some members and it was funny, i met good and friendly people
we had some nice games, i like your tactics.

As for that video, I've actually seen it before. It's not the greatest example because some slipups were made, due to some new players (I assume). When you get a SAS/SAS-friends only element, that's when people are truly amazed.
