I can't get X-fire in-game to work for RvS. As such, I can't use the video feature. I have it enabled for the game and in the options screen and I have the keys bound to initiate everything. It just won't work. Any thoughts?

Hopefully Nick will be in camera shock and we will be able to KILL him quicker.
I still can't get xfire ingame to work...at all.

HAHA guys! Unfortunately, I can't make it work without a huge lag. When I broadcast my ping goes over 500. Any suggestions? I've tried to broadcast in the lowest quality and still lag as hell. Moreover, I can't alt tab when xfire in-game is activated and it's very annoying.

I removed xfire from my PC then reinstalled Xfire and upon Ade's advice I installed it "as admin" and I got Xfire ingame to finally work!
With the normal settings I lagged like hell because of my old PC so, I took my resolution down to 800 x 600 and my video capture frames down to 25 per second and recorded at half-size and it became playable. I'm sure if I took my other features down from high to medium or low in the game, it would smooth it out some more.
I certainly wouldn't be able to capture video in TG live fire, but playing coop I think I could deal with it.
One thing about the SAS TV, it makes my explorer lag because it opens everyone's broadcasts at once. If there were a way for it to only show the screens when broadcasts are taking place or if we could select people we wanted to view, it might help a bit.

So I figured since I am unable to play at this time, I would watch on SAS TV?, All I get are verbal car commercials???
I left the X-Fire screen up, while Random was in the server (thinking maybe he was trying it out, and I could give feedback on play quality), but as I said...all I "heard" was Commercials.
I cant run it at the same time, Also if yall are laggin then keep it up cause I have a better chance of ownin ya when in the game,LOL.

It seems my xfire issues never end. Now, I can't be heard in TS when I'm taping. I also can't hear explosions or weapons fire in the videos when I play them back.
I also can't view any videos on the xfire website!!
WTH!!!

well your TS might go dumb if you are using your audio drivers for recording.
Your video might be silent because you have 'audio' turned off when recording... Unlike Shawty who listens to bad, german radio channels whilst playing lol

Random,
I can't leave XFIRE on or it crashes RvS so I rarely turn it on at all. It's as buggy as a low-income apartment building. It all started after an update way back a year or more for me. Far more trouble than it is worth.

We have found that you have to start the game, let it load THEN turn on xfire and the game won't crash. When I combine xfire, TS3 and the game I always get a crash and it asks to send a file to xfire to help developers. Maybe the next update will correct the issue.
Some say that running the program "as admin" may help with issues.
Something I've recently done is remove xfire from my computer then download the most recent version from their website. I haven't crashed in the past week.
Xfire updates almost everyday but it's buggy as hell, like you said.
Another thing is to make sure you are running only the default skin for xfire. There is another one that works, but I can't remember which one it is...it may be called xfire skin. Other than that, certain games may cause xfire to crash while Xfire in-game is running.
