Failure to connect

I get a failure to connect to our TS server and need some help figuring it out. I've done everything I can think of.

Check my firewall
Turned off my firewall
Reinstalled TS

any other ideas?

There is a new IP. Checkout the PW section and we are using TS2.

Prolly cause Im using TS 3. I'll change to TS 2 and see if that works
