Cutting trees is always exciting, especially if they are of some height and close to property, and i was happy every time when the trees came down the right way, which they most of the time did Wink

Yeah, he had plenty of space here to let the tree come down, so it shouldnt have been that difficult. But that is maybe cos im a pro.... Blum 3

At least he could have tied a rope to the tree and let the troopers pull.... nah, better not Wink

And a larger aiming gap to make sure the tree was falling in the desired direction

Hahaha, you must be related to Clark Griswald!

I always thought if you wanted to cut down a tree, do it at an angle, so the tree falls AWAY from where you are standing.

Ok, this is how they fell trees in South-Africa, you bring the tree down and have it instantly loaded. You could call it Tree-To-Go. Smart ppl they have there Blum 3

DOH !!!

I had a good friend, who was killed by a falling tree. The guy had climbed Everest a couple of times, yet a very small tree he was cutting (maybe 6 inches/15cm in diameter) fell wrong and crushed him. Trees are dangerous

And this is what happens when you do illegal tree-felling and then try and get away from the South African cops:
