Book recommondation

If you like to read a good book, you should defenatly read some from Chris Ryan.

Ryan joined SAS in 84, and was in the regiment for 10 years. He was onvolved in many covert ops and was also a sniper team commander. During the Gulf War, Ryan was the only member of a 8 man team to escape from Iraq. 3 team mates was killed, and 4 captured. This was the longes escape in the history of SAS.

Ryan have written some 25 - 30 books. The ones I have read is packed with action.

If you really like to become a strategist. Read: The art of war - Sun tzu.
''All warfare is based on deception.''

And for some more SAS-like reading material:

I can't post this on tactics, because of restricted access. I think every page on that website is of use for Close Quarter Battle.

The art of war is a very good book to read for anyone; I have a translation of it that came with Real War: Rogue States and like to read it every several years.

It is has very good advise, if you understand the point of it.

Clausewitz, On war is a nice read as well. Personally, I enjoyed it more than the Art of War.
