Medic -> I think this rank will suit you very well. You're a very hard worker for this team and I know you will do your best as an SSM.

Sniper -> I think it's time for that good old army initiative to blow down the barricades; just don't end up chained to a desk ;).

Duke -> I'm very glad to see that your rank again matches your knowledge
and ability in field craft :-). I trust that you will continue to learn from your seniors and that the young NCOs coming online will have a strong mentor.

Ez -> See, you must know what you are doing m8 ;). Your a great treasure to watch and I have been proud to see how much you've grown since you first set foot in the training ground. You'll make a fine Cpl Ez, I have no doubt of that.

Spawn -> You were saying m8? Hahaha, good thing we never placed any bets or you would be broke :-P. You are very good at taking people through the track and teaching them; I hope you'll continue to grow in all aspects.

Pitman -> Congratulations! It looks like this old pit did learn a few new tricks after all. I'm sure you'll do well as a Cpl, and you've got a heck of a support team to back you up!

To all you young bucks, I extend our welcome to you junior NCOs! Some of you really know your stuff and some of you are ready to sprout big time; be mindful of your Cpls and senior NCOs and learn from them.

P.S. to the new Cpls this now means you now have console adminlogin in Raven Shield, webadmins to the servers, and "Super Admin" on the SWAT 4 servers. Take a look when you have a chance and if you have any questions about these, don't hesitate to ask a more experienced member.

I'm very glad to see all those well deserved promos

It is a good sign, which displays we are moving forward Now, with so many willing and active NCO's we are best-positioned for expansion and future goals to come.

With great pleasure I see the promotion of some SWAT-Troopers, who are now ready to continue on SWAT in my footsteps.

About my own promotion: Thanks GCHQ for the trust you set in me I hope that I'll be able to fulfill the expected. New challenges ahead. Rest assured I won't let you down

And now in general: No matter what rank you achieved - training never stops. Your personal goal should always be to be one of the best Take advise as advice to improve and not as critic. Serve with pride.
