are there any RVS secrets that we can use during LAN play that may give u an advantage over an opposing player or T's
i play against my cousin and he always thrashes me in survival and i don't know how he does it,
just the other day he beat me 13 to 2 and he's not even an SAS member he hasn't even joined this forum.
I'm guessing he's using cheats?

There are Cheats that can be used in Game...Like "Aim Bot", and others that simply exploit existing advantages of the Game.
Usually easy to spot, like whats his shot percentage?
This is why they developed Punk Buster PB...
He's probably a decent advers. player,
Skilled and tactical coop players such as those that would be found as regulars around the sas servers often do not make good deathmatch players... its not unheard of but alot of the good coop players dont play or arent good at death match

OMG he was using "Aim bot" i added aim bot on my internet security risks and it was quarantined and dealt with, no wonder he had 100% aiming accuracy most of the time.

I've yet to see an "Internet Activity Risks" software that can just block "Aim bot". That problem aside....
The best aim bots I've heard of, work through manipulating graphics and mouse APIs, either through hacking game files or a form of OCR. I would expect PB to catch such a cheat even if RvS's self-tests are below modern averages and unable to catch the former. Most common aim bots are simple OCR'esque: the know what colour pattern means enemy and lock on by scanning the screen and driving your mouse into position. That kind of thing is not so easy to block unless you have process image execution level controls on the remote machines.
I would expect aim bots that use packet analysis are much rarer these days, especially in a Windows environment; and when properly executed could be arranged to bypass most peoples childish security practices.
I've never found the need to use an aim bot; but an engineering mind likes to know how things work
Spidey..this Aim Bot is built into Single Player Mode in RVS, the Cheat simply exploits an existing file within the game.
Best way to catch it is Hit Percentage...Aim Bot never misses ...hehe
The game has an "Automatic Aim" feature, you still have to aim at the target and it offers corrective adjustments based on distance - Ghost Recon had the same in the PS2 version. The amount of safe guards built into the Unreal Engine should also prevent it from being enabled during a Multiplayer Game (server settings permitting) in any way that will *not* cause the player to get kicked out.
A properly executed aim bot offers virtually autonomous control of the aiming procedure, and good ones will allow you to turn it on and off during a match to avoid being singled out for cheating.
Auto aim is not quite the same as an aim bot.
I Stand Corrected....
...and the point of playing adversarial with a cheat is???
Oh, yes. It guarantees you will be a loser all the time instead of some of the time

he told me that he let me kill him a couple of times so that i dont think that he's cheating but i still knew he was cheating now i kick his ass at adverserial matches

Cheating Players only hurt themselves in the long run because they give up TRYING to gain skill and rely on their Cheat to overcome their shortcomings...hehe
