1. GCHQ has after deliberations decided upon further changes on the SNCO-level, in addition to promoting SAS_Blade and SAS_Noer to SSMs.
2. SAS_RSM_Spidey is promoted to SAS_WO1_Spidey (Warrant Officer 1). We assign him special tasks with web managing and finalising new SOPs, in an important staff role. The Regiment thank him for his efforts for the SAS so far, in particular on his tour as Regiment Sergeant Major. The change in role is neccessary for him to be able to focus on the tasks assigned.
3. SAS_SSM_Valroe is hereby promoted to SAS_RSM_Valroe, with tasks, powers and duties IAW job description. We trust SAS_Valroe's leadership to be strong, visible and undisputed, in this key position. As always, nobody -- meaning nobody -- messes with the RSM.
4. The changes in ranks are effective immediately.
