Well, thats where it gets tricky Chester.
Most Vets steer clear of warnings/kicks/ bans etc. But you have to respect that a Vet just indicates that they are a veteran, it does not tell you at what rank the member 'used' to be.

You could also argue that while Rcts aren't members yet, Vets are.
I'm pretty sure veterans are too cool to give warnings to troublesome players.

Unfortunately I have neither the expansion pack for Swat4, nor the patience to play Raven Shield. I would quite like to start playing regular Swat4 again though.
