that final move was a nice one
You can close your eyes for things you don't want to see, but you can't close your heart for things you don't want to feel
Cool vid, however i can spot a few problems with that type of self defense.
Firstly, it does not look very natural/instinctive. For example even though there was an effective counter for the choke, i grantee you that unless your very highly trained and are kept that way, that when adrenaline hits you, you will pull that off, a more natural reaction is to go for the hands around the throat.
Secondly it only really deals with a single opponent... not that realistic
Lastly, there were little to no groin shots, elbows, knees ect, very limited.
I have been doing Krav Maga for a while now, it is not a martial art or a sport, it is purely based on simple, practical and effective self defense movements.
