Congratulations to you all.

May i remind you all that now is a difficult time for ranked members, and you should read your relevant rank descriptions, and ask of us, anything that you are unsure of; to be able to perform your best at your new shiny ranks.

Congradulations to each of you... learn your new roles.. and excell at them.

A good starting point would be to read my post in the NCO forum about Recruitment and Training... and what GCHQ directs you to do.

1) Congratulations to my 3 amigos. These formidable friends have worked damn hard and deserve the LCpl tags!

2) Congratulations to Ghost and Medic, Ghost I do not know you a lot but I know you work hard and I congratulate you. Medic, thats a well earned promotion m8, you were an outstanding Trp, and now you can be an outstanding LCpl.

3)Congratulations to Duke Sniper and Medic, I know you guys worked hard and deserve this promotion. Sniper, you've done great as a trainer...Keep on working hard m8!

4)Last but not least...A very warm congratulation to a friend...Valroe. Val, you are one of those who work hard and are of excellent company. Salute SSM, good job Oskar.

Lazko -> I've held your inputs in as high a regard as my fellow SNCO's for a long time now. And you've proven your worth many a time in training ops, it is good to such a well deserved promotion

Duke, Snipe, Sniper -> Congratulations guys and welcome to my dream job ;-). As new Corporals I'll share with you the words often attributed to a Solider that I have a lot of respect for,

Be an example to your men in your duty and in private life. Never spare yourself, and let the troops see that you don't in your endurance of fatigue and privation. Always be tactful and well-mannered, and teach your subordinates to be the same. Avoid excessive sharpness or harshness of voice, which usually indicates the man who has shortcomings of his own to hide.

The Corporals were integer to us lads training when we were Recruits and I suspect soon y'all will be to the generations to come.

Ghost, Lake, Medic, Scout, Timbo -> Congratulations I'm sure you guys will do well in your mission of passing on to others what has been passed onto you when the time comes. Just like you have done as lethally skilled Troopers.

SAS_LCpl_Timbo - Like Lake, I have unfortunately not got to know you too well iet because of the minor Swat/Rvs separation in the team hehe. I have been very impressed with you so far Timbo. You seem like a great guy and I know you are a very good operative.
Like i have already told you, there will always be a spot open for you in my element. The last live ops we`ve had together has tought me how valuable you are to the regiment.
