WIZ, you should take a look on Razor. They build the best gaming mouses.

Well WIZ, now that you have this rig, let's see if you're as good as you say you are in BF2 hehe. I might let you gun for me if you're good at TV missiles lol. Anyways, don't tell me too much information about your computer , or else I might have to go and get one myself soon hahaha
I believe WIZ already has SWAT4 TSS.
Ncie lookign WIZ, some are luckier than other

I think Wiz has every official game give or take SWAT3.
It's just a matter of getting them working lol.
get S4 GEt s4
no give or take..i do have every official game ans every game ever considered as an official game.
The trouble is..i still have a bag of bits, although the board is assembled. I have no case..
Due to the current postal strike in England, my case is in a sorting office somewhere..ggrrr

Pff, who needs a case
Nice stuff
CPU and ddr2 ram have really dropped in price this half of the year, perfect for some gifts..
Personally I'm running a couple PC's without cases, usually easier for testing and such, but in my case (pun?), I'm not testing much anymore so I suppose it's just me being lazy. But some excuses could be: space and cost saving. The only problems with not using the case would be signal interference (ie EMI) but that shouldn't be a problem in modern spread spectrums and stuff.
Though I was planning on finding a plastic/cardboard box to hide those sometimes really bright LED's... Or maybe I'll just 'cut' them off.
Luckily i have a guy who will order parts and let me try them before buying.
so today i picked up...
3x Seagate Barracuda SATAII 16mb x 250gb drives
1 logitech G5 gaming mouse
my 54g network card
and extra pair of fans, its gonna get hot
and a rather tasty 600w psu..i was planning 800 but im told with this one its well capable.
and i got my Keyboard today too. Im testing both keyboard and mouse right now, as that is all i can realistically do without...
MY DAMN CASE
Lt_Col WIZ, VC, MiD (Ret)
When I order several computer parts I usually order them all from one site lol. And not 10 different sites .
I didnt buy anything from the internet, apart from the case. No need to when the best computer shop in the country is 15min drive away

standby.. for a house fire.
She is assembled..a couple of bits of engineering..to get the parts i need, intot he right places of the case.

Hope to catch ya game side
1st boot = COMPLETE
BIOS setup = COMPLETE
1hr system monitor = COMPLETE
windows XP = INSTALLED
She is currently sitting nicely at 26 Celcius, and has been for a couple of hours now. The primary HDD is running at 28 celcius.
And boy its quiet!!!
I can get it down another 2 degrees easily..but with all 7 fans running at full speed...its not quite so silent
Lt_Col WIZ, VC, MiD (Ret)
Wiz, if i had a computer like that, i wouldn't worry about lowering the degrees or makin it a little more quiet
If I had a PC like that, I'd kiss it lol.
Sooo, any bets on how the RvS/SWAT4/BF2 tests go? hehehe
As anyone who has built a pc, will tell you. One of the most important parts of setup, is what temperature it runs at.
It is vital, after setting up the BIOS, that you sit and let it run for an hour to check the temperatures.
This is a fairly good way of detecting if anything was assembled wrong or is faulty.
It is silent right now...but for those intense BF2 nights...i can crank it up.
And yes i have kissed it

Hahaha!!!
Have you bought a computer or are you commanding Space Shuttle Missions from your house Wiz lol

Wiz, i was saying, if you have the degrees fine and the sound fine, but its possible to make it lower, I would try it, but it wouldnt be my first priority. But yeah, you gotta make sure it's at a temperature it can operate at effectively for the time its going to be running.
I think its time to upgrade.......
