Well Lake.
For that project i would delve into my program files, and i would use Cubase SX3 for the mastering and RE:cycle for the Swat Samples.
You dont need to use SwatED at all, as all the sound files in SWAT4 are og vorbis (.ogg) files.
I actually considered composing a new track from scratch using samples from SWAT4, but just havent the time to get around to it yet.

well wiz, not all files in swat are ogg. many of them are packed in tha uax files and are not accecible without swatED for me. in those uax file are all small wav files wich need to be exported thats why i use swatED
about the ogg files,
aucoustica doesnt handle ogg files so i had to convert them to mp3.
