For those not aware, the Cadet program was in effect during our SWAT3 years and was a way to bridge top quality candidates who were not yet eligible to join through the standard recruiting process. I believe this is only the 4th time in our existence that someone has been offered the Cadet path. Spidey has put his reputation on his belief that Chester deserves this opportunity.
Support the process by joining us in welcoming SAS_CdtR_Chester. It is very rare that we feel confident of the success of a potential candidate who is under the age of 16.
Chester will be completing a Cadet Recruit checklist, which bears an uncanny resemblance to a Rct Checklist. 
Upon completion of that checklist, he will be able to drop the R at the end of his CdtR and become SAS_Cdt_Chester.
When the Cadet becomes eligible (16 years old), he may take his Trooper Tryout and, if successful, become a Trooper.
