2007-09-10 Photoshoot

Password Level: Friends level.

I need a couple of screen shots to compliment the SOP Rewrites. Ether TG#1 or TG#3 will do, although I do need at least one shot that I only know I can get easy in SWAT4:TSS.

Start Time, when ever I get home from work tomorrow %_%

I would like to get a few more on Red Library Offices both on the stairs and another place.

Here is the second print of the room clearing photo, I first filmed it through my character. Then had Lazko shoot me & radicalGhost take up the camera position to get another (unobstructed) picture.

Here is an Element coming down a set of Double Stairs treating it as if it was a kind of Intersection or T-Junction.

Any one else think this is to dark?

Here is one of the 2 photo's I took on red library office, it is not the final cut. But it was the first and is modeled after some thing from an army manual.

While taking this one, we also experimented with some interesting ideas on how to more effectively clear a stair well quickly. I'd like to photo or video them some time. There was about 3 different methods we tried after that, each showing more promise.

While testing we also let people clear it the way they have done day in and day out. And I noted the same problem as in the above photo.

I'm glad tho, that we came up with some more detailed ideas that don't involve people getting shot in the back of the head ^_^.

The Film Credits for these photos are the following people in alphabetical order:

Chester1993T
SAS Duke
SAS Lake
SAS Lazko
SAS Sniper
Wormmeister
radicalGhost

I am very thankful for their assistance, patience, cooperation, and inputs. I hope we can work together in the future Wink

It's written from memory, if I've missed your name please send me a PM and I'll update my list, thanks.

1. It was fun. Thanks to all who participated!

2. The second picture (Fresnal) is much to dark.

3. We found out new aspects concerning covering at stairs.

4. Improvements (stairs) MUST be trained.

I've adjusted the midtones in picture #2, to make it brighter:

No problem. It's the first time I do this kind of aftertouch on a screenshot from a game lol. I usually do this on real photographs.

Since I couldn't make it, here's what I thought of going up stairs.

point man is crouched looking first at the stairs to his side, then to the upper floor. 2nd covers behind point; (point is nearest to the rail of the stairs, while 2nd has his back to the wall). After they have cleared the stairs, EL or point can decide what they want to do next depending on where the stairs lead to.

Not to mention EL and RG can cover the rear and the landing above the next from below on some stair wells Smile

The problem is I want a picture of each major method.... lol.
